Position Summary
The Photo Process Supervisor is responsible for overseeing fabrication tool health, analyzing process data, and diagnosing root causes to maintain production quality while guiding cross‑functional teams. This role oversees SOP, PTP, and OCAP compliance, develops supporting documentation and training, and reports on workforce performance to continuously drive operational efficiency.Role and Responsibilities
Here's what you'll be responsible for:
Monitoring tool status and tool performance daily along with any needed chart monitoring.
Reviewing FDC/Tool trend data to determine root cause of recurring issues. Interpret datasets and distinguish statistical trends and what they mean relative to Implant process control
Coordinating and leading team meetings and coordinating team members daily workload and sustaining activities in the fab when necessary
Ensuring SOPs, PTPs, and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs) are utilized to work efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively
Data analysis to determine product quality associated with Overlay and CDs required.
Defect analysis and root cause identification / troubleshooting.
Developing & improving documents: SOPs, Job Aids, Sensor Cards, OCAPs, troubleshooting guides, PTPs, business process flows, etc.to identify and drive operational efficiency improvements.
Training and career development of technician workforce to include periodic reporting of individual and team status.
Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
High School diploma is required. Associates degree preferred. Technical degree acceptable but not required with strong mechanical aptitude.
12+ years of semi-conductor experience required.
High level of attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Knowledge of Photolithography processes and equipment required.
Experience with TEL, ASML, Cannon, and Semes platforms a must.
Understanding of Lean Principles and Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
The current base salary range for this role is between $69.070 - $156,950. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
