This role offers an exciting opportunity to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations through equipment and facility maintenance. You will help ensure reliable production and contribute to delivering life-changing therapies to patients.
This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

You will begin with a six-month training program on day shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). After training, you will transition to a night shift schedule with rotating weekends. Night shift includes a 15% shift differential.

What you will do
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment, utilities, and facility systems
- Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance at all times
- Review and improve maintenance procedures, records, and documentation
- Support audits by maintaining accurate and complete maintenance records
- Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment drawings
- Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, labs, utilities, and contractors
- Participate in on-call rotations and support after-hours needs as required
What we are looking for
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or degree preferred
- Mechanical or electrical knowledge, including relevant technical training
- Understanding of pneumatic, mechanical, or hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and documentation
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills for daily tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively and solve technical problems
- Experience in a GMP or regulated environment is preferred
