What You Will Do

This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience across diverse facets of Human Resources. You'll contribute directly to the efficiency of our HR administrative functions, acquiring invaluable practical skills that will set the foundation for your success in a fast-paced, international organization.   • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including on-boarding, exit management, and employee lifecycle management.

  • Contribute to HR process simplification and digitization projects.

  • Help maintain employee data and ensure legal compliance.

  • Provide support for employee inquiries related to HR services, policies, and HRIS.

  • Assist in generating HR reports and analytics.

  • Support change management and communication initiatives.

  • Contribute to the implementation of HR solutions, policies, and process improvements.

  • Assist with maintaining and improving the quality of services delivered.

  • Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic understanding of business operations.
