Job Overview:

As a Tester / Debug Technician, you will be responsible for Testing, troubleshooting and fixing hardware and technical issues. You will work closely with the engineering team to identify and resolve problems, ensuring that all electronic devices and systems operate smoothly. Your ability to analyze and solve complex issues will be essential in maintaining the performance of our products. This role demands technical expertise and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed testing and diagnostics on PCBs to identify issues.
  • Perform detailed inspection and analysis of circuit boards and components.
  • Collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
  • Document and report findings to the engineering team.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
  • Perform routine maintenance and testing on equipment.
  • Assist in the development of testing and debugging tools and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience with PCB testing and diagnostics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
