We’re growing and hiring Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assemblers for our expanding 2nd shift team! At Intervala, the work you do helps build the electronic systems that support critical industries—including defense, medical, transportation, and industrial applications.

If you enjoy hands-on work, attention to detail, and building electronic products—or if you enjoy crafting, building Legos, diamond art, or other detailed hands-on activities—this is a great opportunity to get started. No prior electronics or manufacturing experience is required—we will train you!

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble printed circuit boards following detailed instructions, drawings, and diagrams

  • Cut, form, and prepare electronic components

  • Perform manual placement of through-hole components

  • Assemble chassis and electromechanical components

  • Use hand tools and small hardware to complete assemblies

  • Follow established quality standards and workmanship requirements

  • Perform detailed visual inspections to ensure assemblies meet specifications

  • Support the production of electronic products used by defense and other critical customers

  • Identify opportunities for quality and process improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to read basic instructions, diagrams, and small print

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Comfort working with small parts and repetitive tasks

  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment

  • A willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team

  • No prior defense, electronics, or manufacturing experience required

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • No prior experience needed – we will train!

About the Work

At Intervala, quality matters. Our team builds complex electronic and electromechanical products for customers across a variety of industries, including defense. As a PCB Assembler, you’ll play an important hands-on role in building products where precision, quality, and attention to detail are essential.

Intervala utilizes and/or develops certain technologies which are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
