Part-Time PC Technician (Entry Level)

Location: Wixom, MI
Schedule: Part-Time (20-30 hours/week) Onsite
Duration: 3 - 6 Months with Potential for Future Opportunities


We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level PC Technician / IT Intern to assist our IT team with desktop support, computer deployments, and general technical tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a student, recent graduate, or individual looking to gain hands-on experience in an enterprise IT environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Configure and deploy Windows computers
  • Set up user accounts and basic access permissions
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and printer issues
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 support requests
  • Perform inventory tracking and equipment organization
  • Provide basic user support and technical assistance
  • Document completed work and support activities

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
  • Reliable transportation to our Wixom office
  • IT coursework required, certifications (CompTIA A+), or related experience preferred but not required
  • US Citizen or Green card holder
