- Develops sound operating budgets, reviewing performance and taking appropriate corrective actions.
- Quality function – to ensure product meets defined quality standards.
- Insures Customer’s satisfaction through on-time delivery and right product 100%.

Summary:
The Production Control Assistant Manager will be responsible for:
- Management reporting of PC costs and issues, along with issues that impact delivery.
- FIA’s reporting of total inventory on monthly basis.
- Leading physical inventory planning and execution.
- Implement and drive a continuous improvement culture (Kaizen) across all reporting functions.
- Develop subordinate supervisors and specialists.
- Function as an assistant manager within the business and fully contribute to developing the business working with other management colleagues.
- Helps establish and execute efficient and effective production schedules in Stamping and Welding operations with Production Management Teams through the Logistics and Shipping Teams.

- Knowledge of Plex system functions.
- Knowledge of inventory control.
- Understanding manufacturing processes and how PC and Logistics functions are integrated into achieving safety; quality; productivity and profit goals through the execution of the materials, procurement, transportation, storage and shipping of parts/materials.
- Be able to effectively drive cost reduction/KAIZEN activities within areas of responsibility.
- Must be able to effectively work as a member of a team to achieve departmental and company goals.
