Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) plays a critical role in ensuring our products are safe, reliable, maintainable, and delivered on time. LCE comprises multiple disciplines that provide essential support to engineering teams, program offices, and customers. These disciplines are engaged throughout the entire product lifecycle—from conception to deactivation—with a primary focus on product support. Key areas of expertise for LCE include working across boundaries to include Raytheon, Military and Gov't LT supporting smooth transitions of GFE and facilities from Raytheon to gov't or military personnel.

As a Patriot Deployment Program Lead, you are an integral part of a collaborative team dedicated to sustainment and maintenance activities that align with the LADS product line sustainment strategy. Working closely with other Life Cycle and Field Engineering sustainment professionals, you will drive strategic sustainment initiatives aimed at enhancing maintenance operations, fostering business growth, engaging with end users, and promoting process improvements, all while adhering to company policies and procedures. In your Program Lead role, you will work onsite interacting with the customers directly and coordinate efforts with both domestic and international teams to ensure effective support for the LADS product line.

What You Will Do

Contract execution including scope of work, cost, performance, schedule and risk management
Estimate At Completion (EAC) reviews as applicable
Financial and Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) reporting as applicable
Field activity support
Shared product management
Communication and Transparency with MIR employees on the contract
Using field expertise to support and update Field Event Tracker (FET)
Build relationships across the business and customer points of contact
Support on time delivery of CDRLs for the MIR contracts
Complete proposal requests
Attend customer meeting
Assist in tasking coverage for employees on the contract Global Patriot
Support information on the Technical Assist (TA) database for FMS customers
Compliance with customer policies, specifications, and requirements
Continuous support improvement
Conducting briefings and reporting to senior management and customer
Strategic planning and execution for long-term, affordable operational readiness support to exceed Warfighter needs
This position requires up to 25% domestic and/or international travel.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
Experience with one or more of the following: Earned Value Management (EVM), risk management, or managing program cost, schedule, or performance.

Qualifications We Prefer

Patriot-specific experience in operations, maintenance, or similar systems.
Proven cross-business and customer-facing leadership.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with consistency and accountability.
Successful development of customer relationships to meet contractual obligations.
Knowledge of product lifecycle management and leading cross-functional teams.

This is a full-time, onsite position and can be based in Orlando, FL

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
