Position Overview:
In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep critical operations moving by safely operating manual, automatic, and pressure-washing equipment to clean parts to quality standards.
Shift: 5:30pm-4:00am (2-3 months of training will be on 1st shist which is 6:30am-5:00pm)
What your day-to-day will look like:
Operate manual, automatic, and pressure-washing equipment safely.
Load and unload parts using cranes and other washer-station equipment.
Inspect cleaned parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Perform routine preventative maintenance according to schedule.
Stand and walk throughout the shift while handling heavy parts safely.
Bring strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and effective communication.

To thrive in this role, you have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to physically lift 35 pounds
Ability to communicate effectively in English (read, speak, write)
Ability to collaborate successfully in a team-oriented environment
Ability to learn and process information quickly and execute tasks successfully
Ability to work safely and to operate power tools and equipment in a safe manner.
Previous Siemens experience preferred
Candidates should be willing to work in non-climate-controlled environments and inclement weather if required or if applicable.

This position also offers a one-time sign-on bonus of $1,000.00, less applicable taxes, payable after 180 days of employment.
