$16.50-$18.50 PER HOUR
1st Shift 7:30 am- 4 pm Monday to Friday

As a warehouse helper you will be responsible for helping the warehouse team receive, ship and package parts in a timely manner and step in to assist with any needs of the warehouse team.

Warehouse Helper Summary:
The Warehouse Helper works in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is responsible for physically receiving, dispatching, picking, loading, unloading, packaging various parts, and helping with any additional warehouse needs.
Warehouse Helper Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Complete duties in a timely manner.
- Maintain clean and safe workspace, while achieving productivity and quality standards.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse for effective and efficient utilization of available storage space while also ensuring that all products can be quickly retrieved
- Physically sorting through various products to remove defective material
- Organize incoming and outgoing parts in your assigned area while maintaining organization and consistency throughout the department.
Warehouse Helper Required Education, Knowledge & Skills:
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately down to 1/16th is required
- Must be reliable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments within the parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, written direction, and work orders.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate clearly
- Requires ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Requires ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, crawl, and kneel
- Specific vision ability required includes close, distance, color, and peripheral vision with depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing work environment that has frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles, noise intensity level, proximity to moving mechanical parts and exposure to weather.
