Parts Specialist

**We're recruiting for an experienced Parts Specialist **to join a leading food equipment manufacturer in Kansas City, MO.

What You'll Do

• Assemble orders, prepare goods for shipment, and process outbound shipments and daily invoices in SAP.
• Receive, unpack, inspect, and store incoming materials; replenish stock in the towers.
• Monitor inventory levels and accuracy, using shipping records to verify incoming and outgoing orders.
• Keep the parts room neat and organized.
• Participate in a weekly after-hours on-call rotation.
• Complete company training and apply what you learn to daily processes.
• Assist with other duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to follow instructions and answer questions clearly from coworkers, clients, and customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or related work experience.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: 1–3 years of related experience, experience with SAP or a similar inventory and invoicing system, and forklift operation experience.
