**Parts & Shipping Coordinator **

Massillon, OH

We're looking for a Parts & Shipping Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you're organized, enjoy staying on top of orders, and like being the person who keeps everything flowing from the warehouse to the customer, this is the job for you. Need to have International Shipping Experience or Certification.

What You'll Do

• Expedite aftermarket parts and repair orders from start to finish.
• Pick, pull, and stage parts for shipment.
• Process shipments and maintain inventory using Navision.
• Issue materials to production and confirm daily shipments.
• Monitor backorders and help ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and maintain shipping performance records.
• Follow export, Hazmat/IATA, ISO, and all company safety procedures.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Pays close attention to detail and stays organized.
• Works well in a busy warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Has experience with shipping, inventory, or material handling.
• Is comfortable using computer systems and tracking orders.
• Has international shipping experience or certification (a plus, but not required).

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout the workday.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to accuracy, safety, and meeting deadlines.
