About this Role:
We are hiring a Parts Coordinator to support our growing CNC sales and service organization. In this role, you will work directly with customers, field service technicians, machine tool OEMs, third-party vendors, and our internal parts stocking company to research, quote, and process parts orders and warranty claims.
This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple requests, solving technical problems, and building detailed knowledge of the equipment we service. The Parts Coordinator plays an important role in helping customers and technicians quickly identify the right parts and keep service work moving.

What you will do in this role:
- Communicate directly to customer and technicians in the field
- Collect information required to determine and itemize parts required
- Research and validate part numbers are correct for each machine
- Determine parts are identified accuracy to ensure part quotes are correct
- Check availability, pricing and shipping options
- Check 3rd
party alternatives, as required, to reduce lead time or cost
- Send customer formal quotes created in our CRM system and follow up for a PO
- Request warranty approval and parts for warranty claims
- Pace orders in our ERP system and send purchase orders and information to our suppliers
- Communicate lead time and tracking to customers and the service team
What we are looking for:
We are intentionally open to candidates from multiple backgrounds and we plan to provide training for our specific processes. Strong candidates experience in the following areas:
- Parts coordinators, parts counter specialists, or parts advisors from automotive, truck, heavy equipment, powersports, marine, HVAC, industrial equipment, or machinery dealerships.
- Service coordinators, service advisors, dispatchers, or warranty administrators who are used to supporting field technicians and customers.
- Inside sales, customer service, or order management professionals from manufacturing, distribution, industrial supply, electrical supply, plumbing supply, or maintenance and repair environments.
- Purchasing assistants, buyer/planners, inventory coordinators, or vendor support specialists who are comfortable researching part numbers, pricing, lead times, and availability.
- Technical customer support representatives who enjoy learning products in detail and helping customers identify the right solution.
- Administrative or operations coordinators from technical service businesses where organization, follow-up, and communication are critical.
- Candidates with experience using ERP, CRM, quoting, inventory, or vendor portal systems, even if they have not worked in the CNC machine tool industry.
- Candidates without direct industry experience who are organized, curious, dependable, comfortable with technical details, motivated to learn and, be comfortable speaking to and emailing customers.
Travel & Work Environment:
This role is expected to be in the office full time while in training
