Lithionics is looking for a hands-on Field Marketing & Partner Enablement Lead to own events, support our partners, and help bring our products and brand to life in the field.
This role is approximately 50% field marketing and event execution and 50% partner enablement, training, and content. You’ll help shape our field marketing and partner enablement strategy while also owning the day-to-day execution.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and our dealer and OEM network across the RV, marine, work truck, and specialty vehicle markets.
This is a great fit for someone who is organized, comfortable working independently, enjoys being around customers and partners, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves at an event.
Help shape where and how Lithionics shows up in the field, then own the execution.
Help develop the annual event strategy and calendar, prioritizing opportunities based on audience, business goals, and expected impact
Plan and execute trade shows, rallies, dealer meetings, conferences, and customer events
Coordinate event logistics including registration, vendors, shipping, booth materials, equipment, and product displays
Handle hands-on setup and teardown, including moving and organizing event materials
Represent Lithionics on-site, sometimes as the sole company representative
Open and close booths, support product demonstrations, engage with customers, capture leads, and solve issues as they come up
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing before and after events to ensure strong follow-up
Measure event performance, share recommendations, and use results to guide future event investments and priorities
Drive or tow event equipment when needed and appropriate
Build programs and resources that give our partners the knowledge and tools they need to confidently represent Lithionics.
Help shape the partner enablement strategy, identifying gaps in training, tools, and resources and building programs to address them
Develop and deliver partner onboarding, product training, webinars, and educational sessions
Create practical sales and training tools including presentations, quick-reference guides, FAQs, videos, and product materials
Translate technical product information into clear, easy-to-understand content
Maintain and improve our partner resource library
Support new product launches with training, communications, and sales tools
Gather partner feedback and use it to improve training, resources, and the overall partner experience
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams to identify emerging partner needs and opportunities
Experience in field marketing, events, partner enablement, sales enablement, or a similar hands-on role
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to think strategically while also owning the details and execution
Comfortable owning projects independently and solving problems in real time
Confident communicating with customers, dealers, partners, and internal teams
Ability to take technical information and make it clear and approachable
Willingness to handle the physical and logistical side of events, not just the planning
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Genuine interest in RVing, boating, overlanding, work trucks, outdoor recreation, or similar industries strongly preferred
5+ years of relevant experience in field marketing, event management, partner enablement, sales enablement, or related roles
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required
B2B experience within manufacturing, technology, energy, automotive, marine, RV, or industrial markets is a plus
Full-time, on-site role based in Clearwater, Florida
Approximately 10–20% travel
Approximately four major conferences per year, with two typically requiring travel
Additional rallies, dealer meetings, and partner events throughout the year, generally averaging about one per month
Most individual trips are approximately 2–3 days
Some weekend travel and event support, particularly during peak event season
A role that combines strategy and program development with hands-on execution in the field
Competitive pay and benefits package
This role helps shape how Lithionics shows up in the field and how our partners represent the brand. You’ll help determine where we invest our time and resources, create strong event experiences, build better training and tools for our partners, and turn complex technology into information people can understand and use.
You won’t just build the plan. You’ll help bring it to life.
If you’re passionate about storytelling, energized by events, and driven to help partners succeed—we’d love to hear from you.
We are an equal opportunity employer and go through a background and drug testing process.
