HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE…
WHAT YOU WILL DO…
Operate forklifts safely to transport raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products throughout the facility.
Pull orders and complete inventory transactions using SAP and handheld computer devices.
Supply packaging materials to production lines and remove palletized finished goods.
Perform shipping forklift duties and provide line driver support as needed.
Load, unload, stage, and store products and materials in warehouse locations and storage racks.
Verify load counts, inventory quantities, shipping manifests, and production records for accuracy.
Utilize SAP and warehouse management systems to process inventory movements and shipping transactions.
Assist with warehousing, receiving, shipping, and inventory control activities.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work areas.
Assist with quality control sample collection and clerical support activities as needed.
Support manual loading and unloading of products and materials when required.
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.
Perform additional duties and special assignments as directed by supervision.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE… (MUST HAVE)
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Ability to safely operate a Sit-Down forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn SAP and handheld inventory systems.
Ability to accurately record inventory transactions and shipping information.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds as required.
Ability to manually load and unload products when necessary.
Commitment to workplace safety, food safety, and quality standards.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work overnight schedules and maintain reliable attendance.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)
Previous Sit-Down forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
Experience operating forklifts in rack storage systems.
Shipping, receiving, warehousing, or inventory control experience.
Experience using SAP or warehouse management systems.
Familiarity with handheld scanners and inventory transaction processing.
Experience supporting food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods operations.
Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
Manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Frequent forklift operation and material handling.
Regular lifting, loading, unloading, and transportation of products and supplies.
Exposure to active warehouse traffic and production operations.
Overnight schedule with occasional physical loading and unloading requirements.
Pay: $22.65 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift 6:00AM-2:30PM (Part Time Schedule 3 Shifts per week)

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
