Part-Time Bookkeeper Pay: $36.00/hr

Location: Mokena, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Part-Time Bookkeeper for our real estate client to start immediately at $36/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities:

• Accurately record daily income, expenses, and purchases into the company's accounting software
• Perform bank reconciliations by comparing internal records with bank and credit card statements
• Process vendor bills, track payment due dates, and prepare outgoing payments (Accounts Payable)
• Generate tenant/client invoices and follow up on overdue payments (Accounts Receivable)
• Create financial reports such as Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets
• Assist with answering phones, handling tenant work orders, and other office duties

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience with transaction logging and account reconciliation
• High School diploma required; Associate’s degree or certification in accounting or finance preferred
• Proficiency with Propertyware (essential), QuickBooks, Sage, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, accrual and cash accounting, and basic tax principles

• Bookkeeping software expertise: Propertyware, QuickBooks, Sage
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines
