Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Apartment Maintenance / Handyman for a residential apartment property in Davenport, FL. This hands-on position is responsible for general repairs, work orders, preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant apartments for new residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general property maintenance and repairs.
• Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Handle painting, drywall, hardware, and general handyman work.
• Assist with apartment turns / make-ready work.
• Replace fixtures, hardware, and other components as needed.
• Complete assigned work orders accurately and promptly.
• Help ensure vacant units are ready for new residents on schedule.
• Maintain apartments and common areas in a safe, clean, and functional condition.

Requirements

• Previous apartment, property, or general maintenance experience required.
• Apartment turn / make-ready experience preferred.
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Experience with painting, drywall, and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently and follow work orders.
• Dependable, professional, and safety-conscious.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay Rate

$25.00 – $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
