The associate will collaborate closely with the production team to maintain optimal operational flow, troubleshoot processing issues, and implement improvements. Ultimately, this role contributes to delivering a high-quality panela product that satisfies customer expectations and supports the company’s reputation in the marketplace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with food safety standards such as HACCP or GMP.
  • Technical training or certification related to food production or machinery operation.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends or holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor panela processing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production cycles.
  • Inspect raw materials and intermediate products for quality and consistency throughout the processing stages.

  • Follow strict safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures to comply with company and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Skills:

The required skills enable the associate to efficiently operate processing machinery while maintaining high-quality standards and safety compliance. Attention to detail is essential for monitoring product consistency and identifying any deviations during production. Communication skills facilitate effective collaboration with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and improve processes. Preferred skills such as knowledge of food safety standards and technical certifications enhance the associate’s ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance. Additionally, basic computer proficiency supports accurate documentation and reporting, which are critical for traceability and quality assurance.
