About the Role:
The Panela Processing Associate for the 1st Shift plays a critical role in the production and quality assurance of panela, a traditional unrefined whole cane sugar product. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring processing equipment to ensure the efficient transformation of raw sugarcane into high-quality panela blocks. The associate will collaborate closely with the production team to maintain safety standards, optimize workflow, and meet daily production targets. Attention to detail is essential to identify any deviations in product quality and to implement corrective actions promptly.
