Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Panel Wirer/Panel Builder to join our dynamic team in Auburn Hills, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and wiring of electrical control panels, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. If you have a passion for hands-on work and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! Shift is Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to specifications and schematics.
• Perform quality checks to ensure all components are installed correctly and function as intended.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the assembly process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of materials used.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electrical systems is a plus.
• Proven experience in panel wiring or electrical assembly.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with hand tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
