Aegis is currently partnering with a manufacturing company in Waukegan seeking a skilled Panel Builder to join our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• They take projects from start to finish—handling planning, design, fabrication, installation, and ongoing support
• Ability to read line diagrams, follow schematics accurately, and wire components correctly into the panel.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage a consistent workload independently
• Experience in light metal fabrication, such as cutting out boxes or shaping back panels, would be a plus

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in panel building or panel wiring experience
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and line diagrams.
• Familiarity with high-powered equipment such as 3-phase power and 480V.
• Experience wiring industrial control panels is idea
