Job Overview:

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Panel Builder to join a growing, team-oriented manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in clean, accurate work and can independently build and wire control panels from start to finish.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team where each builder owns their projects, contributing to high-quality industrial equipment used in essential infrastructure applications.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and wire industrial control panels based on schematics and line diagrams
  • Assemble electrical components using hand and power tools
  • Route and terminate wiring with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work independently to complete panels while maintaining quality standards
  • Support light fabrication tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 3+ years of panel building or panel wiring experience
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and line diagrams
  • Experience working with industrial power (3-phase, 480V)
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools
  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Technical degree or certification
  • Experience troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs
  • Light metal fabrication experience

Schedule & Overtime

  • Standard hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Regular overtime during busy periods (up to ~5:00 PM and occasional Saturdays)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay: $29–$34/hour
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity (6 months)
