Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to specifications and schematics.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure panels meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electrical or industrial technology is a plus.
• Proven experience in panel building or a related field.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
