Electro-Mechanical Panel Assembler

Job Summary

We are looking for an Electro-Mechanical Panel Assembler to build and wire electrical control panels and mechanical assemblies. The ideal candidate has experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics, using hand tools, and working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels.
• Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• Install electrical components such as relays, switches, terminal blocks, and circuit breakers.
• Perform point-to-point wiring and cable routing.
• Inspect finished panels to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of panel assembly or electrical assembly experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

You should be proficient in:

• PLC Wiring Experience
• Mechanical Assembly Skills
• Electrical Panel Installation
