As a Pallet Sorter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient organization and distribution of pallets within our facility. Responsibilities

• Sort and organize pallets according to size, type, and condition.
• Inspect pallets for damage and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Assist in loading and unloading pallets from trucks and storage areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or sorting role is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) continuosly and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
