As a Pallet Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the production process by ensuring that pallets are properly assembled, repaired, and maintained. Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair pallets according to company standards.
• Inspect pallets for quality and safety, discarding any that do not meet specifications.
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking pallet counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic knowledge of pallet construction and repair techniques is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
