The Pallet Brokerage Account Representative position is responsible for fully integrating sales and customer service functions within the Pallet Brokerage Sales Division.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
  • National Account Management Support: This position will interface daily with Sales Account Managers by supporting order submissions, logistics functions, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of critical business data.
  • This position will partner with accounting personnel to ensure proper communication and service in addressing customer invoicing, billing, payments etc.
  • This position will continually pursue costs saving initiatives and take measures to streamline and enhance processes and procedures with the department.
