Job Description

We are looking for great future teammates in a powder coating & assembly role for our 1st shift at our Kiel facility. No experience necessary!

Starting Pay:  Hourly pay for our 1st shift starts at $18.75/hour.  

Responsibilities:  As a paintline technician you will be trained on one of the following primary skills:

• Powder Coating
• Load
• Unload and Assembly

You may also train and perform additional tasks like masking, forklift operation, or flexing to our fabrication area as needed.

After training and gaining experience in one of these areas, you can expect opportunities to train in other competencies, earning more pay as you learn and grow!

Schedule:  Monday-Thursday: 10 hour days   OR    Monday-Friday: 8 hour days

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a drug screening 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

What is the training like? 

No experience in manufacturing is necessary. New employees participate a robust training program designed to get you the skills they need to be successful. Basic training starts with exposure to our load area, as well as powder coating paint instruction, unload and assembly.

We strive to find a skill specialization for our new employees where they feel comfortable and that plays to their strengths.
