Job Overview:
Paint Line Operator – 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Paint Line Operator to join our team on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM). The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment and be able to perform physically demanding work. Starting pay is based on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities
Set up and operate the paint machine.
Mix paint according to production specifications.
Disassemble the paint machine for cleaning and reassemble it after maintenance.
Frequently push, pull, and lift 30-50 pounds.
Climb stairs as needed throughout the workday.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations.
