We are seeking a **Paint Prepper **to prep high quality custom displays for trade shows.

This is a prep-only role. Candidates will not be painting.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Sanding and prepping surfaces for painting
• Priming
• Taping
• Applying Bondo
• Ability to mix epoxies
• Ability to mud

Qualifications:

• Ability to finish work with extreme attention to detail
• Must be a go-getter that is ready and willing to work
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Working knowledge of spray equipment and prep booths a plus
• Experience with various substrates such as steel, aluminum, wood, plastics, laminate, fiberglass, and automotive bodies/components is a plus
• Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, lift, and sand on their feet 10–12 hours a day

Shift:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime is often in effect — candidates should be prepared to work 10–12 hours per day (OT is added to the end of the shift)
