## Responsibilities
Set up and operate paint booth equipment according to specifications.
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
Mix and apply paint, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor the painting process to ensure optimal application and finish.
Conduct routine maintenance on paint booth equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Document production processes and report any issues to management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in painting or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Paint Booth Operator or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of painting techniques, materials, and safety standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
