Responsibilities

• Operate shrink wrap machinery to package products efficiently and securely.
• Inspect packaged products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate machinery and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime if required.

You should be proficient in:

• Forklift Licensed
• Packaging Experience
