**PACKING MACHINE OPERATOR

**

Regal Staffing Services is currently hiring experienced and dependable Machine Operators for a fast-paced food manufacturing company located in the Dallas 75247 area.

We are seeking motivated candidates with production and packaging machine experience who can maintain quality, safety, and efficiency standards in a manufacturing environment.

**SHIFT DETAILS

**

✅

1st Shift: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM

✅

Schedule: Monday – Friday

✅

Some Saturdays & holidays may be required

✅

Must be flexible with scheduling needs

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

**

✔

Set up and operate packing machinery

✔

Load packaging materials and ingredients into machines

✔

Monitor machine performance and product quality

✔

Adjust settings to meet production goals

✔

Inspect products and packaging for defects

✔

Troubleshoot minor machine issues

✔

Maintain production and batch records

✔

Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

✔

Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance

✔

Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and quality teams

**QUALIFICATIONS

**

✅

Experience operating packing or production machinery preferred

✅

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

✅

Attention to detail and quality control

✅

Team-oriented attitude

✅

Knowledge of workplace safety procedures

**EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT IS A PLUS:

**

• Automatic Bowl Sealing Machines

• ADCO Cartoners

• Auto-Load Cartoners

• Flow Wrap Equipment

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

**

✔

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout shift

✔

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently

✔

Stable work history required

✔

Must pass background check and drug screen
