*RESPONSIBILITIES:

• *Support production and packaging operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

*

• *Load bottles, containers, and packaging components onto production lines.

*

• *Apply caps, labels, and other packaging materials to products according to specifications.

*

• *Assemble finished products and prepare them for packaging.

*

• *Pack products into cartons, cases, and shipping containers.

*

• *Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.

*

• *Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues.

*

• *Prepare finished goods for shipment and distribution.

*

• *Follow established work instructions, procedures, and packaging guidelines.

*

• *Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards throughout all operations.

*

• *Assist with multiple packaging and production functions as needed.

*

• *Maintain a clean and organized work area.

*

• *Demonstrate flexibility to support changing production requirements and priorities.

*

• *Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• *Adhere to all company safety policies and manufacturing best practices.

*QUALIFICATIONS:

*

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2+ years of experience as pick packer

• Must speak Spanish

Salary:- $15.92/hr + $0.50 shift differential
