Job Description
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packer to support warehouse operations by accurately unloading, verifying, picking, packing, sorting, and loading inbound and outbound shipments. This role helps ensure customer orders are handled with care, inventory is maintained accurately, and warehouse processes are completed safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is team-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining quality, accuracy, and a clean, organized work area.

What You Do
- Unload incoming shipments and verify quantities and labeling against inbound paperwork.
- Inspect inbound shipments for freight damage and report issues to the appropriate parties.
- Pick, pack, sort, and load customer orders according to established warehouse processes.
- Double-check carton quality and order accuracy before loading shipments.
- Return misplaced or incorrectly pulled items to the proper bin location.
- Consolidate bin locations as directed to support inventory organization and space utilization.
- Maintain proper stack height for all products.
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inbound or outbound check-off processes.
- Adhere to published housekeeping responsibilities for the designated work area.
- Keep work areas and bin locations clean, clear, and organized to support safety and efficiency.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments while following safety and quality expectations.
- Assist other departments as needed based on business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of warehouse experience required.
- Experience using warehouse equipment such as a hand truck, dolly, pallet jack, or order picker required.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to perform warehouse duties such as picking, packing, sorting, shipping, and receiving.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while following safety protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. at any given time.
- Flexibility regarding job assignments, assisting other departments, and working overtime based on business needs.
- Basic math skills.
- Good attendance and demonstrated work ethic required.

- Customer orders are picked, packed, and loaded with a high level of quality and accuracy.
- Inventory and bin locations are maintained accurately.
- Products are handled safely and maintained at proper stack heights.

- Team support, attendance, and work ethic consistently meet department expectations.
