Packaging Technician

Pay: $18–$22/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with a mechanical background or hands-on manufacturing experience looking to grow their maintenance skills. The position will involve performing basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on packaging machinery to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic preventative maintenance on packaging equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with equipment repairs.

• Make adjustments to machinery and production lines as needed.

• Identify equipment issues involving motors, sensors, and other mechanical components.

• Help maintain a safe and efficient production environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of manufacturing or hands-on mechanical experience preferred.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience with machinery, motors, sensors, or mechanical systems is a plus.

• Background in automotive, HVAC, electrical, or a related trade is welcome.

• Willingness to train on 1st or 2nd shift for up to two months.
