At Emmi Roth, our Packaging Team Members work four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, giving you more three-day weekends!

1st Shift

• Monday-Thursday
• 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Monday-Thursday
• 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM
  

What You'll Do

As a Packaging Team Member, you'll play an important role in producing and packaging high-quality cheese products enjoyed across the country.=

Responsibilities include:

• Operating and supporting food manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Loading packaging materials and ingredients into production lines
• Performing quality checks and documentation
• Packaging finished products and verifying accurate labeling
• Safely moving materials throughout the facility
• Assisting with equipment setup and changeovers
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas
• Following food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
• Working with teammates to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and remain on your feet throughout the shift
