Project Manager

The Project Manager must effectively communicate with both internal and external customers and whose main responsibility is to ensure that the requested order is shipped out on time and correctly.   

Responsibilities:

• Completion of estimating and order processing in EFI Radius
• Research and resolve customer concerns
• Request pricing from outside vendors
• Consistent correspondence with customers and vendors to follow up and request/confirm information
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as printing quotes, CAD layouts and RFQ
• May require the ability to analyze data, read measurements, and make presentations
• Daily attendance of Production and PM meetings
• Ability to work several jobs at once efficiently
• Requires the ability to be a self-motivator
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly and accurately
• Requires the ability to be very detail oriented

• Advanced knowledge of paperboard packaging; corrugated is a must

Work Environment:

Predominantly Office Environment, may require some exposure to the manufacturing floor.

Education, Skills, and Experience

• BS in Business Administration preferred; HS Diploma or GED required
• Ideal candidate will have prior knowledge and experience of EFI.

Shift:

1st – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday-Friday)
