Job Description

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Packaging Operators in Greenville, SC. Day and Night Shift (12 hours)

What You’ll Do

• Operate production and packaging equipment according to established specifications and procedures
• Monitor machines and production lines to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
• Perform routine quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet company and customer requirements
• Complete batch records, equipment logs, and production documentation accurately
• Operate testing equipment and interpret pass/fail data (SAP experience is a plus)
• Assist with machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting when needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company policies and procedures
• Operate or learn to operate a variety of manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Support team members and perform additional duties as needed to keep production running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of machine operating or manufacturing experience required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience with equipment changeovers and basic mechanical troubleshooting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
• Stable work history with strong reliability and attendance
• Ability to understand and respond to visual and audible alerts in a manufacturing environment
