Packaging Operators
in Greenville, SC. This is a
direct hire opportunity

Day and Night Shift (12 hours)
What You’ll Do
- Operate production and packaging equipment according to established specifications and procedures
- Monitor machines and production lines to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
- Perform routine quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet company and customer requirements
- Complete batch records, equipment logs, and production documentation accurately
- Operate testing equipment and interpret pass/fail data (SAP experience is a plus)
- Assist with machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company policies and procedures
- Operate or learn to operate a variety of manufacturing and packaging equipment
- Support team members and perform additional duties as needed to keep production running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of machine operating or manufacturing experience required
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with equipment changeovers and basic mechanical troubleshooting
- Ability to
lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Ability to
bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
- Comfortable working
12-hour shifts
- Stable work history with strong reliability and attendance
- Ability to understand and respond to visual and audible alerts in a manufacturing environment
