• Set up and operate packaging machinery according to production schedules and specifications.

• Conduct regular quality checks on packaged products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on packaging equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety regulations.
• Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a packaging machine operator or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
