Packaging Line Technician

We are seeking a mechanically inclined Packaging Line Technician to support daily manufacturing operations. This position focuses on maintaining packaging equipment, making line adjustments, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical issues to help keep production running smoothly.

Shifts: 2nd and 3rd

Pay: $22-23/hr

Responsibilities

• Make adjustments to packaging line equipment as needed.

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on packaging machinery.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues involving equipment, motors, sensors, and related components.

• Assist with identifying equipment problems and supporting repairs.

• Monitor equipment operation and help maintain proper machine performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience with mechanical or troubleshooting responsibilities.

• Basic machining knowledge and general mechanical aptitude.

• Familiarity with motors, sensors, and/or industrial equipment.

• Electrical, HVAC, automotive, or other mechanical trade school experience is also applicable.

• Ability to learn equipment adjustments, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Willingness to train on first or second shift for up to two months.
