• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM | $20.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM | $22.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: $21.50/hour

Job Description

We are hiring Packaging Line Operators for full-time, direct-hire opportunities in Mentor, OH. The Packaging Line Operator will support daily manufacturing and packaging operations by operating filling and packaging equipment, preparing finished products for shipment, performing quality checks, labeling products, and maintaining a safe and organized production area.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging and filling lines.
• Package finished products into cartridges and other containers.
• Load and unload materials from the packaging line.
• Label, date-code, inspect, and palletize finished products.
• Follow production orders and verify correct packaging materials.
• Perform routine quality checks and maintain accurate production records.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and operator-level maintenance.
• Keep the packaging line and surrounding work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Meet production, quality, and safety expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Packaging, production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and follow written work instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and operate manufacturing/packaging equipment.
