**General Labor Production/Packaging - Food Manufacturing 2nd Shift (#RHP-3153/L1S2)

Pay Rate: $18.00 

Type: Temp to Hire

Location: Crest Hill, IL 

Schedule: Monday through Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM 

Requirements: Resume / Interview / Background Check / Drug Test / H.S. School Diploma or GED / English / Authorization to work in the U. S.

**Summary: 

**

General Laborer supports the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of food products by performing hands-on assembly line and material handling tasks throughout the plant. This role is essential to maintaining line flow, product integrity, and compliance with safety, quality, and GoodManufacturing Practices (GMP) in a fast-paced, team-based manufacturing environment.

**Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

**

• Be reliable.

• Show up on time.

• Observe all safety rules and regulations including use of personal protective equipment.

• Follow all established Good Manufacturing Practices.

• Notify/report to leads for any out-of-spec findings.

• Maintain work area in a safe and orderly fashion according to General ManufacturingPractices and Safety Guidelines.

• **Count, Stack, Bag/Box product.

• **Verify integrity of packaging and product.

**Skills/Experience:

**

• Basic communication in English.

• Able to handle repetitious tasks.

• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

• Able to work in temperatures from 40 to 85F, where applicable.

• **Able to stand on feet for a duration of up to 13 hours.

  **

• **Able to handle a moderate degree of physical activity including continuous standing for 10-13 hours, moving up and down the cross over ladders/steps, frequent walking, bending, and reaching.

  **
