We are currently hiring a Packaging Equipment Lubrication Intern in located in our Breinigsville PA Brewery. This is a 10-week summer internship running from June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026.
The Packaging Equipment Lubrication Intern will support the Maintenance & Reliability team by expanding, standardizing, and documenting lubrication practices across packaging assets. This role is hands-on and focused on improving equipment reliability through consistent preventive maintenance standards.
- Assist with expanding lubrication routes across packaging equipment including gearboxes, bearings, conveyor chains, fillers, packers, and labelers.
- Document lubrication standards, materials, quantities, and frequencies to support consistency and reduce reactive maintenance.
- Develop visual lubrication maps and equipment tagging to clearly identify lubrication points and support technician execution.
- Partner with maintenance technicians and reliability engineers to validate best practices and ensure accuracy.
- Support PM development and continuous improvement initiatives related to asset care and reliability.
What ingredients you'll bring
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial equipment and maintenance systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document standards clearly.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and following safety procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic technical documentation tools.

In accordance with pay transparency laws the rate for this role if hired is $18 - $20 an hour.
