Join our dynamic team as a Packaging Associate at our facility Yancey's Fancy located in Corfu, NY, 14036! We are looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products to our customers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the packaging process, ensuring that our products are prepared for shipment with care and precision. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to excellence, we want to hear from you! 1st shift Monday-Friday 5am-2:30pm with some overtime.

Responsibilities

Efficiently package products according to company standards and specifications.
Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
Label packages correctly and ensure proper documentation is completed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
