Role purpose
The position provides technical expertise to maintain and continuously develop and improve the packaging process in order to minimize cost, to ensure the technical means for safe operation and high product quality and to guarantee the desired technical plant availability.
Main Accountabilities
EHSQS-The Packaging Area Manager is accountable for implementation and adherence requirements of the Tate and Lyle environmental health, safety, quality (Food Safety), and security system for the packaging team.
Tate & Lyle complies with all local/state regulations requiring salary range transparency.
When determining final compensation, we take into consideration: skillset, job scope, knowledge, prior experience, cost of living, market data, budget availability, and other factors as permitted by law.
Starting pay for this position is $92,300.00 - $123,100.00 - $153,900.00 USD Annual

Competencies, Skills and Experience Required
Work Environment-Plant
While performing duties of this job in the plant, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions on site. The noise level in the plant environment and job sites can be loud. While performing functions in the plant the employee works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust.
