Key Responsibilities
- Package finished products according to company and customer specifications
- Complete detailed production and shipping paperwork accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain accurate documentation, labels, and packaging records throughout the process
- Review detailed paperwork related to packaging, inventory, and shipments
- Accurately document product counts, lot numbers, and shipment information
- Ensure all packaging documentation is completed correctly to meet quality and customer standards
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and damage prior to shipment
- Label boxes, materials, and shipments correctly
- Maintain organized workstations and follow cleanliness standards
- Work closely with production and shipping teams to meet deadlines
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
- Assist with additional warehouse or production duties as needed
Skills
- Previous packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic computer or scanning experience is a plus
