Key Responsibilities

• Package finished products according to company and customer specifications
• Complete detailed production and shipping paperwork accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain accurate documentation, labels, and packaging records throughout the process
• Review detailed paperwork related to packaging, inventory, and shipments
• Accurately document product counts, lot numbers, and shipment information
• Ensure all packaging documentation is completed correctly to meet quality and customer standards
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and damage prior to shipment
• Label boxes, materials, and shipments correctly
• Maintain organized workstations and follow cleanliness standards
• Work closely with production and shipping teams to meet deadlines
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
• Assist with additional warehouse or production duties as needed

Skills

• Previous packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic computer or scanning experience is a plus
