Package Homes Coordinator - Honsador Oahu

**MUST BE CURRENTLY LIVING IN HAWAII**

 

Position Summary:

The House Package Coordinator plays a critical role in guiding prospective homebuyers through the entire homebuilding journey—from initial inquiry through closing—while delivering a superior customer experience. This role is responsible for coordinating internal teams, external contractors, and customers to ensure a seamless process and timely delivery of custom-built homes. You will represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and a passion for helping families find their dream homes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The essential duties and responsibilities of the House Package Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current homebuyers to understand their needs and align them with our offerings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the homebuilding process, from initial consultation to post-closing follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Drafting, Design, and Construction teams, as well as contractors, to coordinate project milestones and ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions and communications using company CRM and project management tools.
  • Assist customers with product selections, order placement, and scheduling of deliveries.
  • Monitor deliveries to ensure products arrive complete, on time, and as promised.
  • Proactively resolve issues and address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay current on industry trends, local market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide relevant information and guidance to customers.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales, project coordination, residential construction, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with CRM or sales tracking systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person environment (remote work is not available).
  • Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional results.

 

Compensation:
