About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Sales Specialist / Outreach Specialist to join our team in La Quinta, California. This role is responsible for building relationships within the local community, generating quality referrals, and successfully enrolling prospective participants into our PACE healthcare program.

The ideal candidate has a strong outside sales and B2C sales background, is comfortable generating their own leads, and thrives in a highly metrics-driven environment.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of outside sales, B2C sales, community outreach, or business development experience.

• Fluent Spanish speaker — Required.

• Proven experience with self-generated leads, cold outreach, canvassing, door-to-door sales, or cold drop-ins.

• Comfortable working in a high-volume, metrics-driven sales environment.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

• Confident engaging with community leaders, healthcare professionals, and prospective participants.

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, or overtime when needed.
