Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Manager
Hypertherm is looking for an experienced Channel Manager to join our OEM Sales Team. In this exciting role no two days are alike.
The ideal candidate will work to build relationships with partners and key stakeholders to help them grow their business. As an experienced sales manager, you will promote, sell, and support Hypertherm’s cutting products and application solutions, consumables and parts through a network of cutting table manufacturers and system integrators to maximize Hypertherm market share.

As an OEM you will:
Create detailed business plans, including identification and buy-in of mutually beneficial initiatives
Develop and execute comprehensive action plans
Communicate with customers and execute standards and practices
Demonstrate understanding of customers’ business needs
Maintain relationships with key decision makers and understand the important markets and clients to be able to manage and resolve customer issues in an effective and timely manner
Support development and execution of team operating plans with team, cross-collaboration engagement
Communicate marketing strategy and promotions while supporting customers at trade shows
Ability to create opportunities for marketing campaigns
Effectively present DVP of available products, integrated solutions and services
Who you are and the experience you will bring:
4 years of post secondary education
5-7 years industry experience and sales experience with proven consultative and solutions selling skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Strong computer skills
Preferred experience that differentiates you:
Experience with robot products and solutions
Location: Home-Based near major airport
Travel: up to 50% domestic
